We may terminate your access to the site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The "Beta" period can be extended or terminated without notice. You will be given notice of decisions that negatively impact any and/or all of your services hosted on this Site as soon as practical in relation to the "Beta" period. All services obtained during "Beta" come with no guarantees, warranties and may be subject to change - including pricing or services provided. You can choose to terminate your existing services if you do not agree with any changes, with funds (if any remain) to be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Written notification is required to terminate your service(s) and/or your account and termination of service(s) and/or account will require a minimum of 7 ("Seven") days notice. The notice period begins from the timestamp of the email received by Anchor.

Anchor and its partners, staff, shareholders and users will not be held responsible for any damages, fines, data loss or hardship incurred during the "Beta" program. You agree that your services are provided as-is and cannot be guaranteed. You agree that your participation does not come with any formal compensation.

Anchor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site and provided services after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Anchor Reef site immediately.
